2.Scheduling:
Arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences. This includes coordinating calendars, booking rooms, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Inputting and maintaining records, databases, and filing systems. This could involve organizing and updating files, documents, and reports.
Office Management:
Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. This might include ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
Travel Arrangements:
Making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assisting with Projects:
Providing support on various projects, such as research, presentations, and events. This could involve gathering information, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
Administrative Support:
Assisting colleagues and executives with administrative tasks as needed. This might include preparing expense reports, processing invoices, or handling other administrative duties.
Pay:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
