Job Opportunity:
Field Marketing Specialist

Job Location - Bengaluru, Karnataka

Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass, Diploma, or any graduate (individuals eager to kickstart their career in sales).

Working

Schedule:
6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays

Working hours:
08:00 AM - 04:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM for PRO Field Executive.

Interview Process:
Two rounds of interviews.

Responsibilities:
Lead generation and data collection.
Establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
Promoting and selling admissions during marketing activities and events.
Effectively communicating information to potential customers.
Achieving personal targets for quality field lead collection.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in spoken Hindi/English (preferred).Fluency in the local language of the respective state/location (mandatory).Presentable personality.
Interest in field sales is advantageous.


Salary:
Salary: Rs. 18,000 (CTC)/month + Daily Allowances+ Performance-based incentives.

Only immediate joiners preffered


Job Types:

Pay:
₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
