Job Purpose:

Collaborate with e-commerce, category, to establish a customer journey that drives profitable ecommerce selling towards the set targets and merchandise goals.
Enable visual presentation strategy through strong commercial planning and execution.
Visual display and styling of merchandise for the photo-shoot.
Implement the visual merchandising display and activity that runs on the physical store to websites.
Plan and execute photo shoots based on an inspiration image given for new product arrivals.
Define the look and feel of our photography and help to execute plans for each shot needed.
Pull together looks for photography that help the brand stand out in advertising and photography.
Partner closely with merchandising, visual, photography, marketing, and product development teams.
Mix and matched product for online requirements.
Implement brand style and photography guides with a creative and critical eye.
Lead photo planning, art direction, execution, and editing of assigned projects
Direct photographers, and crew and post-production teams.
Streamline photography process and drive continuous improvement of image quality and branding standards
Purchase art, props and floral according to industry and seasonal trends.
