Position Summary

An associate auditor is responsible for performing tests and reviews of a company's internal control systems - and the manner in which they are conducted - to ensure accuracy and effectiveness; they also must ensure that requirements of a company's audit control systems, industry audit expectations, and legal.

Responsibilities:

Vouching and verification of invoices and ledger scrutiny of books of accounts.
Reconciliations for statutory compliances.
Understanding of the finance processes and ascertain the risks and gaps in the same.
Helping the senior team members to execute the audit as per the audit plans.
Help in preparation of Audit reports to present to management
Maintaining the audit work papers
Regularly updating yourself/ help update the team as well on the upcoming statutory provisions.
Creating a followup on the recommendations made by the audit team.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

Graduate in commerce with 2+ years of experience in auditing/completed 3 years of CA
Should have basic knowledge in excel and word.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have basic idea about Tally ERP
