**The Opportunity:
What you will get to do:
Design & develop state-of-the-art AI capabilities end-to-end from conception to production for Observe.
AI's product offerings, in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Define performance and quality metrics for evaluating AI and system components across different platforms.
  • Collaborate with the machine learning team on innovative projects, mentor junior members, influence peers and stakeholders, and engage with engineers, product managers, customerfacing teams, and customers to identify challenges and opportunities, aiming to develop precise solutions for specific issues.
  • Contribute to the community through tech blogs and publishing papers in ML/ NLP conferences like EMNLP, ACL, etc.
