    Description

    KeyResponsibilities:
    Coordinate and process customer orders withprecision and efficiency. Maintain uptodate records of ordersdeliveries and inventory. Liaise with the sales and design teams toensure timely fulfillment of orders. Handle customer inquiriesand provide prompt resolutions. Manage orderrelated documentationand ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate withlogistics to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Generateregular reports on order status for management review. Assist inmanaging back office operations and administrative tasks as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in a similar role preferablywithin the jewelry or luxury goods industry. Strong organizationalskills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MSOffice applications (Word Excel Outlook) and inventory managementsoftware. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.

    Position Overview Vendor Spoc is a key position in merchandisingdepartment. The person would be responsible for coordinating withinternal departments, store and Vendors. The candidate should havefair knowledge of Gold Jewellery and should be good with computeroperation and excel. Role and Responsibilities Receiving andmaintaining stock from various departments and Store. Coordinatingwith vendors for returning the products. Generate sales invoice orpurchase return to vendors. Maintaining stock count and tally asper department reports. Critical Competencies Excellentcommunication and relationship building skills. Action oriented andhighly motivated. Proficient in software and Excel. Should be goodat mathematical calculations. Should be a people s person and havean engaging conversation style should be a great listener.
    Qualifications and Education Requirements Graduate from any field.
    Minimum of 2 year of experience jewellery industry.


    Preferredskills and experience:
    Computer Operation. Good communication andstrong negotiation skills.
