Job Description:


Making outbound calls:
Telecallers are responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers. They must be able to communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

Sales:
Telecallers are responsible for achieving sales targets. They must be persuasive, knowledgeable about the product or service, and able to close deals.

Database management:
Telecallers should maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made and customers contacted. This includes updating customer information and recording call outcomes.

Reporting:
Telecallers should provide regular reports to their supervisors, including call volume, lead generation, and sales numbers.


  • They must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with technology and databases.
  • Telecallers play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers and generating revenue for their company.
