• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of successful transactions.
• Strong existing network within the real estate industry.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with current real estate market trends.
• Own transportation for efficient fieldwork.
