Tecfuge Business Solutions, a dynamic Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Brand, is currently seeking a proactive and dedicated E-commerce Executive to join our team in Kochi.

Responsibilities:


  • Process incoming customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with logistics partners to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.


  • Provide essential customer support through voice communication, addressing inquiries regarding orders and shipments.
  • Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Utilize basic Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Identify and promptly report any issues related to orders, shipments, or customer interactions to appropriate team members.
Assist in various administrative tasks as required.


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and an inherent interest in E-commerce.
  • Comfortable with utilizing internet resources effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and a capability to analyze data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities, enabling efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records.
  • Customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

From ₹18,000.00 per month
