    For our project in Bangalore, we are looking for a Lead Engineer - Track Alignment Design with minimum 13 Years of Experience

    Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Technical Tasks:
  • Performing design reviews through all project phases
  • Reviewing take off quantities;
  • Review Reports and Design Notes to be submitted to client.
  • Prepare Work Procedure as per the project requirement
  • Working cooperatively with counterparts in other departments in order to meet client requirements
  • As-built drawing Review.
  • Review Corridors, Cross Sections to conform clients' requirement.
  • Review alignment designs with respect to project requirement to effectively address construction, interface and maintenance issues in accordance with quality objectives and regulations, laws and standards;
  • Produce and check track alignment designs, grading models, DTM surface and related details;
  • Guide team to work with LIDAR point clouds, manage, verify and control surveys and ground surface data for design requirements;
  • Guide team in developing track alignment, profile, and associated grading
  • Project co-ordination
  • Technical support to all Engineers
  • Technicalco-ordination with other disciplines, Project leader and third parties
  • Toparticipate in Project planning meetings and organization of internal projectmeetings.
  • Notifyingthe project team of changes in the project
  • Preparechange requests with justifications
  • Preparationof Minutes
  • Compilationof the submission documents and ensuring timely submission of the documents.
  • Budgetand time: flag countermeasures if required
  • Toco-ordinate with the client to understand the Project scope, to requestdocuments required for the task and deadline.
  • Toprovide technical support to the Client
  • MentoringEngineers & follow up Training plan
  • Contributionto Knowledge Management team
  • Verification(for Conformance) and approval of project deliverables in adherence to DBquality standards and guidelines.
  • Responsiblefor on-time Project delivery

    • Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's in civil engineering
  • Minimum 13 years of Professional experience
  • Should have experienceof working in Track Alignment Design in Rail Projects of a minimum 10 years.
  • Should have worked in Indianand international projects, preferably both urban and greenfield conditions.
  • Should have experience ofworking in any of the environment: Auto Desk Civil 3D, Bentley Power Rail Track/ Open rail Designer suite or similar software.
  • Independently work on thegiven tasks in coordination with Team Lead
  • Support and mentoring ofSenior/Design Engineers
  • Excellent EnglishCommunication skills.
  • Supports Domestic &International Bids / Projects
  • Working experience ininternational teams
  • Working experience indifferent Railway Projects environments such as Metro, LRT, Mainline, Highspeedetc.
  • Self-organized, highlymotivated and has ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizational, analyticaland problem-solving skills in conjunction with innovative thinking;
  • Should have knowledge ofapplicable industry code standards.
  • Should have experience in theanalysis and documentation of railway engineering works and processes from conceptto advanced design stages.
  • Having experience in creatingalignment model by regression will be value ad.
