Job description

  • Site supervision, execution of works at site as per the plan, with timely completion of project
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Vendors / Contractors finalization and deployment, handling vendors at site
  • Material planning and coordination for material supply to site
  • Execution planning and coordination with vendors for supply of constructions material (Sand, bricks and other local purchases)
  • Site supervision, execution of works at site as per the plan, with timely completion of project
  • Daily Reporting of Work Completion, Material Utilization
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authority
  • Site Management Engineering work
Skills -
BE Civil mini 6-10 yrs experience in residential building constructions sites
