Description

Key areas of responsibility:


  • Provide counselling related to the product, its usage, and treatment adherence at doctor's clinic/patient's home
  • Conversion of patient leads i.e. sale of devices
  • Conduct device demo at the doctor's clinic/patient's home
  • Assist the interested patients in purchasing the device at the clinic/via Chatbot
  • Assist the patients for Onboarding via whatsapp Chatbot
  • Ensuring the devices are stored in a proper manner
  • Keeping a log of number of clinics/patient's homes visited
  • Recording patient details and updating the same in Portea portal if required
  • Coordinating with internal Portea teams and providing timely updates.
