    KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

    Sureti Insurance Marketing Private Limited is an IRDAI certified company established in 2018 and headquartered in Coimbatore. We specialize in financial products and investments, partnering with top insurance providers such as LIC, ICICI Prudential, United India Insurance, Star Health Insurance, Religare Health Insurance, and ICICI Lombard Insurance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Team Recruitment: Attract, screen, and select qualified candidates to build a strong team.

    -Team Development: Train and mentor new recruits, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

    -Team Handling: Manage and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure effective performance and goal achievement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
    • Fluent in speaking Tamil.
