Description

Customer Service:

Interacting with customers in person, over the phone, or through online chat to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide assistance.

Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Sales Process: Following a structured sales process, which may include identifying leads, qualifying prospects, making sales presentations, negotiating terms, and closing sales.

Order Processing: Handling customer orders, including processing payments, verifying information, and arranging for product delivery or pickup.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Recommending additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences to maximize sales opportunities.

Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves or displays, and notifying management of inventory shortages or discrepancies.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads and contacts, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Generating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to management regarding sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Promotions and Marketing: Assisting with promotional activities, such as creating displays, distributing marketing materials, and participating in sales events or campaigns.

Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback from customers regarding their experience with products or services, addressing any issues or concerns, and relaying feedback to the appropriate departments.


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
