Responsibilities

New Initiatives

  • Identify new MNC's and connect with the HR
  • Provide all information about Transorze
  • Get Transorze updated in their preferred / approved list of institutes

Coordination for interviews/ recruitment drives

  • Constant liaison with HR for upcoming vacancies
  • Coordinate with Academic coordinator for resumes
  • Ensure that the updated resumes with photos are in Google drive
  • Follow up with MNC for feedback
  • Follow up with MNC for an offer letter. Ensure that all offer letters are uploaded in Google drive
  • Inform Students about offer letter and date of joining
  • Follow up with both students and MNC for joining
  • Take necessary action for rejected students or student who did not attend the interview (as per SOP)

Organise recruitment drives

  • Ensure that the facility is ramped up for the drive
  • Inform all students about the requirements
  • All other procedures as per point 2

Track Placement progress through ERP

  • Updation of Recruitment partners
  • Updation of interviews scheduled

Coordinate with Digital marketing

  • Send list of placed students for creation of Placement records on timely basis
  • Get referrals and testimonials from placed students and forward to Digital Marketing Team for action

Govt Skill projects

  • Special emphasis to be paid to students registered in Govt portals
  • Provide information / data as per the formats of Govt Portals
  • Conduct post placement tracking for 3 month to 6 months as per requirement of Govt Skill project

Process to be followed

  • Coordinate with academics department for conducting of soft skill sessions and mock interviews
  • Get the list of passed out students from academics.
  • Obtain upcoming vacancies
  • Shortlist students as per eligibility criteria
  • Organize interviews / job drives / walk ins
  • Send formal communication to Inform concerned students about their number of chances if they are rejected or refuse offer letters or do not attend interviews
  • Send formal communication to not responding students
  • Obtain copy of offer letters for placed students
  • Obtain NOC from students who do not need placements
  • Coordinate with academics department in order to bring up the quality of rejected students
  • Counsel the continuously rejected students to make them aware that Placements has done their best and cannot be held responsible for their rejections
  • Terminated students understand root cause of termination and counsel the student and try to place them again

  • MIS of passed out students
  • No. of placed students
  • No. of attempts per student
  • MIS of Recruitment partners
  • MIS of recruitment partners
  • MIS of upcoming vacancies
  • Interviews / job drives
  • No. of students sent for each interview
  • No. of offer letters issued / students rejected
  • Offer letter MIS with folder in google drive to store the copies
  • Daily report & monthly report to HR manager

  • Offer Letter

  • Update all placement related datas in ERP

Salary:
₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
