Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution to customer issues.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
