Job Title:
E-Waste EPR Compliance Associate

Green Cube Recycling Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Compliance Associate.

The EPR Compliance Associate will be responsible for ensuring our company's compliance with local and international EPR regulations and requirements for e-waste recycling units.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The EPR Compliance Associate will play a vital role in supporting our company's commitment to environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and stay updated on local and international EPR regulations, directives, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing EPR compliance strategies and initiatives in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to EPR compliance standards and procedures.
• Collect and analyse data related to product packaging, waste management, recycling, and disposal to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Supply Chain, and Legal to gather necessary information and documentation for EPR compliance reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EPR compliance activities, including reporting forms, certificates, and correspondence.
• Prepare and submit timely EPR compliance reports to relevant regulatory bodies and industry associations.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on EPR compliance and best practices to internal stakeholders.
• Manage Bulk Consumers Procurement Tasks, Tenders Documentation and all other Buying-Selling Clerical tasks.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and practices in EPR compliance and sustainability to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing opportunities for waste reduction, recycling, and sustainable packaging practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in EPR compliance, waste management, environmental regulations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international EPR regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data management and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and passion for promoting responsible waste management practices.
