Department Overview:


Business Management Reporting team is responsible for preparing portfolio level reports, management of system of records and the SharePoint management.

Prepare executive reports, co-ordinate with leaders to gather the data and ensured reports are published on time.


About the Role:

This position will focus on preparing and publishing various management reports & HC reconciliation for CIB Ops team.


Responsibilities:


  • Ability to partner & collaborate with stakeholders located both locally & globally in achieving shared business objectives & goals
  • Prepare and publish various management / adhoc reports at different intervals within set timelines
  • Understand data flows from ingestion to output for covered reports
  • Leverage relationships within portfolio to gather data and ensure timely delivery of various reports
  • Generate and produce meaningful reports including communicating the same in a timely manner to recipients. Escalate any disputes immediately which would result in delay of delivering the reports.
  • Ability to work in shifts and be flexible in shift timings ( 3:30 pm to 12:30 am IST).
  • Generate, produce and communication meaningful metrics on HC/Attrition data.
  • Should be good in doing HC reconciliation (Open request, Close request, Pending request) and share status reports to all stake holders
  • Ability to manage onboarding / offboarding of Team members metrics in system
  • Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendation for business decisions.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify records
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analysis
  • Should be proficient in writing Excel Macros (VBA), PPT.
  • Basic knowledge on SQL & any reporting tool (PowerBI / Tableau) will be value added
  • Should be flexible to take additional / adhoc work request coming from Leadership team in terms of Data collection, Data Clean up and presenting the same in PPT

Onboarding support:

  • Complete Offboarding checklist in HOST to remove system access and capacity planning details.
  • Create New HOST IDs for replacement & Incremental Hires
  • Support the Onboarding Intake process by meeting with hiring managers to understand Day 1 provision needs.
  • Submit new onboarding tickets for system access including RSA remote, Outlook, MS Teams... etc.
  • Assist with AD-HOC (oneoff) request for system/software access post the initial onboarding process.

Data quality Management:

  • Reconcile to ensure everyone in HR system has the proper function loaded and resolve discrepancies.

Reporting:

  • Ability to prepare Staffing Report on weekly basis.
  • Location Concentration by Function
  • Work on People related data to report to Leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' Reporting experience in financial services space
  • Graduate degree or higher / MBA (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced deadline driven environment
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Advance Excel and Power Point skills

Desired Qualifications:


  • Experience at a Strategy Consulting firm
  • Experience working in international environment.
