Responsibilities:

Designing and creating packaging, labels, and other promotional materials for FMCG products that are visually appealing, functional, and in line with the brand's values and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the target audience, product positioning, and branding requirements for each project.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and comply with industry standards.
Manage and organize all files, graphics, and design assets in a systematic and accessible manner.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
12 years of experience designing for FMCG products.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
A portfolio that demonstrates a good understanding of design principles and the ability to create eyecatching designs.
