Responsibilities:_
- Generate leads through cold calling and other tactics.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Establish longterm relationships with customers.
- Utilize data from CRM systems to track performance metrics.
- Remain up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competition.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele sales or customer service role.
- Highly organized, detailoriented, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
