5+ Years of SAP EWM & TM Functional Consultancy Experience
S/4 HANA Functional Consultants experienced in working in functional and technical Scrum Teams to deliver the Warehousing & Logistics Value Stream.
Leading, organizing, developing and executing customer facing Fit To Standard and Solution Validation Workshops.
Track record of successful technology design, build, test and deployment.
Develop extensive and comprehensive knowledge of current state business process, solution design and challenges.
Present future state industry standard processes. Secure business global process owner buyin to operate in an industry standard way.
Develop and present solutions for business scenarios that cannot be satisfied by industry standard S4 HANA.
Experience of Scaled Agile Scrum S4 HANA and BTP delivery with Developers and Teams distributed across multiple geographies.
Manages the delivery execution of an agreed scope of work.
Develop and secure approval for an agreed solution to be configured and or developed and or integrated in S4 HANA and or BTP and or SAP Cloud modules.
Develop a definition of the project's data requirements, data strategy and ETL documents. Validate data readiness in all SAP environments to support all testing, dry runs, cutover, go live and BAU operation.
Develop a definition of the project's integration requirements.
Maintain delivery to schedule and communicate to all stakeholders.
Manage the collaboration and outcomes from functional consultants, global process owners, business process leads, business SMEs, IT SMEs, Business Product Owners, IT Product Managers.
Report status as periodically and ad hoc as agreed and defined in the Agile governance model.
Attend key Agile Scrum events.
Monitor progress and acts to proactively resolve emerging concerns.
Manage logging interdependencies, resolution of issues and mitigation of risks. Escalate as risk and issues appropriate.
Act on escalations received.

Works upstream with Product Managers to understand the product backlog and proposals in the pipeline.
Ensure that business stakeholders are managed.
Work in Scrum teams of developers to deliver an agreed scope in accordance with the governance model and maintaining close contact with all stakeholders.
Work in Scrum teams in taking product backlog features and delivering incremental business value.
Proactively plans and manages resources in line with business priorities.
Plans, directs, and coordinates Scrum and Functional delivery activities to manage from concept to final operational stage; plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the assigned value stream.
Monitors and reports on Scrum team performance (burn down, burn up, cost, timing, resources, deliverables and risks) in line with the Scaled Agile delivery methodology, programme management and delivery governance processes.
Ensure interdependencies between Value Streams are identified and managed.
Works with Business Change and Service Transition Managers to ensure engagement occurs at appropriate points throughout the lifecycle, business readiness is secured and that the effective handover to operational (Dev Ops) support is managed effectively.
Ensure timely adherence to Operational Acceptance processes.
Ensure that the Value Stream is managed to realise business outcomes.
Ensure that stakeholders are informed and managed at all times.
Collaborates with global process owners, business process leads, product owners, product managers, business SMEs, IT SMEs and all stakeholders to ensure that the business value outcomes are delivered.
Understand where changes in technology can be introduced to enhance delivery.
Collaborate as required with third party suppliers.
Agile Scrum delivery experience of Automotive Industry Standard S4 HANA and BTP Solution/ Integration in a SAP Activate Framework.
Delivery experience of manufacturing plant and operational enablers including but not restricted to
Applications, IT Services, Infrastructure for S4 HANA, BTP, BW HANA EWM etc. and End Points.
Managing the deployment of key manufacturing ERP systems.
Managing the Integration of ERP to other systems including PLM, MES etc.
Support and actively contribute to established governance functions across the customer organization.
Manage Risk, Issues and Interdependencies together with Change and Release Management at project level and establish a compliance mechanism at project level.
Create Project documentation and artefacts using customer standard templates and available online tools and framework e.g. SAP Activate etc.
