Function:

HR Head

a) Major Activities


  • Recruiting Freelance Language Experts (Indic & Foreign Languages)
  • Screening CVs, understanding the skill set and domain based on their work experience mentioned on
their CV.


  • Coordination with language resources
  • Maintaining the database of our resources,
  • Pay Negotiation
  • Fulfillment of Requirements
  • Coordination with Clients
  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations

II) Person Specification:
a) Essential


Qualifications:

  • Graduate (MBA will be preferred)

b) Requisite Skills:
TechnicalExcellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Good Presentation & Analytical skills
  • Excellent Collaboration and Communication skills
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Detail Oriented
BehavioralAbility to handle high pressure situations

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to strict timelines
  • Ability to maintain company image and effectively manage customer
expectations


Job Types:

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
