About the Role
Inspection process involves in conduct property inspections, which occur on a varying frequency, as outlined in the servicing agreements.

Wells Fargo's responsibility is to make sure the property is being maintained in a manner that maximizes the business purpose for which the property exists.

The inspection must be documented in the manner outlined in the Master Agreements and Statements of Work.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge and experience in commercial mortgage servicing related tasks, processes and activities including commercial mortgage loan structures and interpretation of loan documents.

Ability to interpret and understand different types of loan documents.
Analyze the loan documents and update the system.
Generate systems queries, as required/requested.
Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other loan related information.
Accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines.

Desired skills:
Good communication - verbal and written
Good problem solving skills and exhibit and eye for detail
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word MS Access
Ability to adapt to change
Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
Working with team members and be an active participant
Exhibits a commitment to the company
Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances
Ability to communicate well with US counterparts, as required
Takes ownership for responsibilities
Flexible to work different shifts as per the business requirement.

Desired Qualification
Good knowledge on commercial mortgage servicing and products
Understandng of loan documents

Standard shift time:
8.30 am pm (HYD) & 7.30 am pm (BLR)
