Job Role for Legal / CS Trainee:

Assist with drafting legal documents, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
Filing of form with MCA and other Company Law Compliance
Incorporation and closure of companies / LLPs
MSME compliance, RBI compliance

Qualifications:

Strong academic record with coursework relevant to the legal / CS field.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Stipend:

Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 8,000/- per month

Education:

Pursuing LLB / CS
