Job Description:

Your Responsibility

Maximize operational excellence by educating 3PL in the H&M system functionality and key work processes for both channels retail & online.
Support DC operation in both retail & online DC.
Act as NCG speaking person to global function and local sales and monitor compliance with NCG standards.
Ensure effective and sustainable working processes at all areas and levels of the logistic operations.
Together with the DC management team communicate and followup logistics goals and KPIs with then objective to achieve great customer experience, profitability and results for all brand and channels. Ensure and follow up on best practice working procedures.
Space Management: plan and followup on capacity together with DC management team.
Collaborate closely with DC management team to prevent loss.
Support and therefore ensure accurate on time deliveries to customers through optimal capacity and lead time control.
Keep up to date on campaigns or other sales related information and wellfunctioning supply chain for the customers.
Ensure all best possible product care at logistics site, all connected working areas and during domestic transportation to customers.
Ensure compliances to H&M logistics operations best practice work processes in all areas.
Ensure a high customer satisfaction level through reliable logistics operations.
