Responsibilities

  • Transform learning experiences through the learning assets and activities you develop.
  • Manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization,
organizational,and time management skills.


  • Excellent content research and analytical skills to convert information and learner needs into Performance-based, engaging, and practical training solutions
  • Collaborates with partners (Graphic Designers, Developers, Videographers) to
create effective learning experiences


  • Works closely with clients to conduct working sessions and review sessions and to
address needs and resolve issues as required


  • Creates design documents and storyboards for digital and non-digital learning
assets for both online and classroom delivery


  • Interviews and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Ensures overall quality assurance for learning assets (including content,
writing, and learning standards)


  • Gamifying Learning Experiences for various specializations around UI UX Design.
  • Develop visually and instructional sound storyboards for varied types of content
and modes of delivery.


  • Designed and facilitate interactive learning experiences
  • Strategizing around new curriculums and opportunities as per market needs and
requirement


Skills

  • Interest in Product/ Curriculum/ Learning Experience Design and Management
  • Passionate about learning and utilizing Learning Science Principles
  • Managing day-to-day design direction for curriculums
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, UX/UI, and
Marketing.


  • Effective Communicator with Good Writing Skills

Salary:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
