Qualification:
Any graduate/postgraduate

Experience:1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Generate outbound leads through extensive research, build a sales pipeline and contact customers
Finalize the sales pitch and deliver presentations to potential clients to communicate

PaperTrue's value proposition, and ensure conversion of high-value leads in domestic and international markets as per defined targets

Brainstorm and develop new strategies for business development, work with internal teams to formulate promotion plans via digital marketing platforms
Identify markets for expansion (domestic and international) and conduct detailed marketing research
Develop strategies to capture international markets, set up appointments with potential customers abroad, liaise and convert customers especially in international markets

Desired Profile:

Excellent leadership skills, focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring process compliance, with abilities in handling crossfunctional responsibilities
Experienced in sales strategy formulation, business planning and client interaction. An influential communicator, proficient in approaching clients and communicating at all levels of the hierarchy

Salary:
As per industry standards

Work Schedule:12 PM to 9 PM
