    Job Description

    Bhumi is one of India's largest youth volunteerorganizations with a mission to promote volunteering as a national habit. Thesuccessful candidate will join the National HR team and be responsible for allaspects of Volunteer management.

    Primary responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Plan and strategize volunteer recruitment and managementnationally. Monitor data related to volunteers, analyze and provide timelysolutions.
  • Facilitate volunteer engagement and feedback.
  • Manage Volunteer Recognition, including volunteer awards.
  • Support Learning and Development(L&D) for volunteersby assisting L&D team.
  • Groom volunteers as leaders to prepare the organizationto scale sustainable.
  • Support and Lead Volunteer HR teams in the active cities.Campus Campaigns and Volunteer Recruitment.

    • PreferredEducation Qualification / Experience:

  • Volunteer experience with Bhumi / similar organization –essential, preferably in an HR role
  • Work experience – desirable
  • Any graduation – essential

    • Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities:

  • Solid Interpersonal skills and the ability to buildrelationships with volunteers
  • Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi, and/orTamil
  • Active on social media to ensure prompt and consistentinteraction with volunteers and coordinators – essential
  • Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making skills are essential
  • Willingness to travel nationally and locally as required
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention todetail
  • High Emotional maturity
  • A forward-thinking individual who actively identifiesopportunities and suggests solutions.
  • People management orientation to support teams
  • Data-Oriented and Result Oriented yet focuses on Impactand Purpose over process
  • Any institutional leadership role held/experience wouldbe an advantage

  • Reporting to: Manager– Operations and HR
  • Designation: Associate to lead, based on the candidate'sprofile
  • Expected Age: Below 30
  • Scope: Full time - Willing to work flexible hours
  • Weekly Holiday: Sunday and Monday
  • Remuneration – 3 LPA to 5 LPA Based on candidate'sprofile
