Requirements:

Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis;
Should have working knowledge on Dice, Monster and other US job portals;
Expertise in relationship building and developing client-based solutions by understanding the customer's business needs and challenges;
Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result oriented;
2+ years of experience in Bench Sales in IT Recruitment.

Roles & responsibilties
Eager to commit for long-term projects;
Keen to work abroad and US-based clients;
Willing to work in Rotational Shifts;
Willing to grow and build knowledge/expertise in SAP Domain;
Ability to handle customer expectations & escalations;
Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
