Position Description:

As a Customer Success Executive at , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve the full potential of our solutions.

You'll be a trusted advisor, building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their unique needs and helping them succeed in their endeavors.


  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute customer success plans.
  • Analyze customer usage data and provide insights to help customers maximize the value of Accelerate.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of Accelerate.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Accelerate's features, functionality, and capabilities to assist users effectively.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving user problems.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in a systematic manner, ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding recurring customer issues and potential product improvements.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay uptodate with product updates.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the customerfacing processes by sharing insights and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Should be comfortable with
    Night Shifts (US Timing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in B2B SaaS software products and an understanding of software functionality.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
  • High level of empathy and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced environment and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Minimum of 1 year of overall work experience. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.

Salary:
₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
