Job Purpose:


The TAG Advisor is responsible for building teams and support in the organization's growth strategy - By planning and identifying the right talent and skill set, assessing their suitability to the role and the organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner key stakeholders in managing the full hiring life cycle


Key Accountabilities:

Support and advise business/ LOBT in scale up, and building a long-term franchise
Support Strategic hires and succession pipeline.
Support SWP and bridge skill gaps.
Manage expenses in line with budget
Manage Controls / Compliance
Drive employer brand internally and externally
Customer Satisfaction Score
Reimagine journeys through horizontal organisation, data driven operating model and AI
Ensure Quality of hiring


Job Duties & responsibilities:

The position is required to ensure the recruitment and on boarding of new staff.
Role is required to source the right profiles, manage stakeholders for hiring the best fit Talent
Ensure recruitment against vacancies as per defined turn-around-times
Manage recruitment expenses within prescribed cost budgets
Develop and strategize sourcing options for recruitment within cost budgets
Liaise with Business HR partners for inputs and updates
Co-ordinate with placement consultants for recruitment process
Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements
Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure execution of organisational deliverables in tandem with HR partners


Required Experience:

Minimum 5 to 6 years' experience in Talent Acquisition in the Tech industry.
Good experience in technology hiring, managing stakeholders/ tech leads


Education / Preferred Qualifications:

MBA/ Qualification in HR with min 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Close working relationship with all business heads, product owners within HR
External partners
