Digital Marketing and Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote OotyTech's products and services.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using relevant metrics and tools.

Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative strategies to optimize marketing and business development efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure OotyTech's competitiveness in the market.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and revenue generation.

Prepare regular reports on marketing and business development activities, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 months of experience in digital marketing and business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently and display a high level of creativity.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis.

A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary: Starting ₹13,000 per month onwards (salary will be based on talent, commitment, and skill level)
