Job Summary:


As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling of our company through compelling and creative video content.

Leveraging your extensive experience in video editing, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire post-production process, ensuring that the final product meets high standards of quality and aligns with the company's brand and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Video Editing:


  • Utilize advanced video editing software to craft visually stunning and engaging video content.
  • Edit raw footage to create polished, professional, and cohesive videos for various platforms.

Creative Direction:


  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Contribute creative input and ideas to enhance the overall quality and impact of video content.

Storytelling:


  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's brand, values, and messaging to ensure consistency in storytelling through video content.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate key messages.

Project Management:


  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to organize and prioritize video editing tasks.

Quality Control:


  • Conduct thorough reviews of edited content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.

Technical Expertise:


  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in video editing techniques and technology.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and equipment.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, creative, and production teams, to understand their needs and deliver video content that aligns with their goals.

Mentorship and Leadership:


  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior video editors.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a video editor, with an impressive portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide a team.

Preferred Skills:


  • Motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Experience with color correction and grading.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., After Effects).
  • Understanding of social media trends and best practices for video content.

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
