JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the compliance and implementation of EHS aspects within the cluster level with Zero Accidents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investigation, reporting and analysis of accidents/incidents/near misses/dangerous occurrences by accident investigation technique.
Organizing and conducting safety committee meeting to evaluate the compliance and resolve the problems encountered at project sites.
Ability to assist, lead and coordinate project team in minimizing accidents through day to day monitoring the unsafe observation and rectification.
Implementation and compliance of EHS statutory requirements pertaining to the establishment of BEL.
Coordinate and monitor the sites effectively.
Implementation of EHS manual, policies and safe operating procedures and practices.
Able to train the project team periodically.
Advise on developing and organizing EHS training/Tool Box Talk etc. In addition, ensure implementation of work permit systems.
Consultation and coordination with the client in fulfilling plant security and safety requirements.
Ensuring implementation safety devices & PPE.
Conduction tool box meetings at site level.
Preparing HIRA for each activity.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
B.E/ BTech (Engineering in Electrical /Mechanical) from recognized institute

WORK EXPERIENCE

5 years of experience

CERTIFICATIONS
ADIS from recognized institute

PREFERRED/ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Plant relevant experience
