Provide first-line support for all ERP-related issues, assisting staff and administrators in navigating and utilizing the system effectively.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues in the ERP system, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff
Participate in the planning and implementation of ERP system upgrades and enhancements.
