We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as a Site Supervisor And a Drafts man (Auto cadd)


Qualifications

• Bachelor's (preferred)
• Civil engineering: 2 years (preferred). Freshers can also apply
• Total work: 2 years (preferred)

Industrial Construction: 2 years (preferred)

• BE /Diploma

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and willingness to encourage coworkers
• Good communications skills
• Minimum of 210 years experience in general construction
• Experience in supervising construction projects
• The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
• Ability to read and understand Structural Drawings and construction

documents

• Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversees the construction activities that take place on the

worksite, involve in planning, organizing and controlling projects

• Manages subcontractors by locating, evaluating, monitoring and controlling

performance

• Monitoring project budget
• Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required
• Allocating resources, materials, subcontractors and other staff
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and

enforcing safety codes; complying with legal regulations

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing

new and different requests


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
