Job Description:
required experience of 4 to 8 years.
Job duties:
- To follow the accounting systems of the organization for ensuring complete and accurate records of all assets, liabilities and financial transactions.
- To be responsible for all the Books of Accounts including Ledgers, Profit & Loss Accounts of each category upto the finalization of Balance Sheet.
- To further be responsible for Financial Audit and resolve queries, concerns and discrepancies, if any.
- To ensure Debtors control.
- To prepare & direct subordinate in preparing Budgets based on past, current and anticipated expenditure of revenues.
- To execute compilation of data and preparation of financial and operating reports for planning effective administration of activities by management.
- To prepare detail analysis of financial statements to reflect variances in income expenditure and asset value from previous period.
- To make recommendations to administrations concerning means of reducing operating costs and increase in revenues based on knowledge of market trend, financial reports and industry operating procedures.
- To arrange for audit of the accounts, compute and record depreciation on building equipment and real estate holdings.
- To ensure that cash collections (if any) for a particular day are deposited in the bank on the following day.
- To maintain separate accounts for the stockpurchases at plant.
- To maintain a record of all transactions, entries under respective heads in the Tally system or system as required by the management or as per regulatory norms.
- To ensure that payments are made on time to suppliers as per the terms agreed upon and as per the directions of MD.
- To interact with suppliers in case of any billing related queries.
- To ensure that all collections are transferred to HO after keeping a minimum balance in the account.
- To ensure that all payments are made only after proper approval and authorization from the requisite persons
- To ensure deduction and payment of all statutory and regulatory payments in accordance with the regulatory norms and regulations under respective categories like GST, TDS, PF, PT & such others within the stipulated period.
- To ensure no delays take place in remitting statutory payments to the government.
- To prepare Trial Balance and such other reports as required by management on a timely basis.
- To complete the statutory Audit and tax Audit within the specified time in coordination with the Auditors.

Qualification:
Graduate - B.Com / M.Com, preferably with 5 years of experience.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
