Non Fraud Dispute Categories)
- Chargeback, Pre arbitration, Pre compliance
- Good understanding of the Retail Banking and Credit card disputes
- Familiar with Visa and master card scheme rules
- Dispute reconciliations
- Quality audits to be performed and share feedback to the team & ensure timely corrective actions taken
- Internal MIS to be prepared and shared with clients
- Team support
- Respond and provide quick resolution to internal queries
- Excellent in Communication

Experience:
- Dispute's handling (VISA
- Non Fraud Dispute Categories): 1 year (preferred)
- Credit Card Disputes investigations: 2 years (preferred)
