Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

Demat Account Opening:


  • Efficiently handle the process of opening demat accounts for clients.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Customer Acquisition:


  • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs.
  • Promote and crosssell various financial products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed predefined customer acquisition targets.

Documentation and Compliance:


  • Collect and verify necessary documents for demat account opening.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Market Knowledge:


  • Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and product knowledge.
  • Provide clients with information to make informed investment decisions.

Relationship Building:


  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in demat account opening and customer acquisition within the share market industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of share market products, demat account procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
