As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on managing B2B sales with a major emphasis on lead generation and ERP Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales Management:
- Lead and manage endtoend B2B sales processes.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead Generation:
- Drive lead generation initiatives to identify potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
ERP Sales:
- Work closely with clients to understand their ERP needs and tailor solutions.
- Drive ERP sales to manufacturing clients, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions aligned with clients' business goals.
Travel and Client Interaction:
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and understand their onsite requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and ERP Sales.
- Significant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably as a manufacturing consultant.
- Comfortable with travel and client interactions.
- The experience of setting up manufacturing facilities or shopfloor is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions for manufacturing or sales to manufacturing companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.

₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
