    Responsibilities:

    • Engage in all aspects of product development, contributing to strategic planning, user research, prototyping, usability testing, and more to define product features.
    • Own the User Experience throughout the product lifecycle, staying updated on design trends and technologies.
    • Collaborate closely with UX designers, Product Owners, and engineering teams to deliver a seamless user experience across all products.
    • Implement user and interaction designs for data-rich applications, incorporating Business AI capabilities.
    • Promote key UX concepts, drive internal UX initiatives, and advocate for design principles within the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Mural, etc.
    • Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies and design principles.
    • Background in Interaction and Visual Design, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software products.
    • Experience with complex workflows in enterprise applications is a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
