Role:
Management Trainee

Position:
Innovation Think Tank fellowship

Stipend : 25 -30K INR per month

Role responsibilities:

Manage engagements in areas of incubation strategy, eco system and innovation portfolio development
Understand key strategic/operational requirements (market definition, industry trends, client issues)
Structure and create assessments and identify appropriate tools to be used and analyses to be done
Conduct assessment to define target states and identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform corporate and commercial strategies
Prepare materials for project meetings and support team members as required
Manage project work streams as necessary
Participate in and contribute to internal initiatives including business development, knowledge management, and new capabilities development
Participate in presales meetings, proposal development and related efforts

Required qualification:

MBA / BBA from a tier 1, tier 2, tier 3 business school in any of the following majors or related field of study:
Innovation and strategy management
Entrepreneurship incubators & start ups
First experience in a Consulting firm is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
Duration: 1 year; can be extended to an additional 1 year based on performance
