  • Train them, motivate them and create team of sales advisors
  • Gain more and more leads from Advisors and convert leads into sales
  • Sell life insurance policies in open market
  • Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through
  • Recruiting Team members
  • Training and developing Team on commission basis
  • Promote & motivate Team
  • Qualification : Graduate
  • Experience :
Min 1 year of any Sales / Banking / Finance / insurance sector

  • Age criteria : 21 to 37 YEARS
