Description

• Ability to manage more than one project at a time working under Time deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Evaluation of Enquiry received by Sales and Marketing Dept.
• Execution of complete Design project from preparing quotation drawings till drawing approval & followups.
• Sending enquiries to suppliers/ dealers as per customer requirements and getting quotes from multiple suppliers/dealers & giving estimation to marketing department.
• Responsible for design calculations as per project requirement.
• Preparation of Post-Bid Documentation.
• Tender Reading and preparing MIS.
• Working on Software's like Auto CAD, MS-Word, MS-Excel & Internet for Design Making as per project requirement.
• Experience in project management, software MS Primavera or any equivalent.
• Should be conversant with ASME/ASTM /API European standards.
• Vendor development.
• Trade record of completion.
• Should have analytical skills for commercial analysis of various project activities.
• Should have experience of preparation of project progress status report on weekly /fortnight / monthly /Annually basis.
• Placement of Purchase Orders / Work Order as per PO
• Maintaining weekly MIS, Checklist of the Jobs to be completed.
• Maintaining ISO Documentation for design department
• Guiding QA dept. for preparing QAP for Quality control inspection based on our products or client's specifications.
• Visiting customer's site, for project related queries & if required redesigning our equipment's as per there plant layout. Giving technical inputs to customer or suggesting new product developments.
• To visit works to solve the practical problems faced during the process.
• Predispatch Inspection Activities & clearance from Client
• Dispatch & Invoicing of material from manufacture works
• Site work related issues to be resolve with Service Team
• Planning and cost control techniques
• Any other Responsibilities as given by the Management
