We are looking for
Customer Support Associate for Jaipur location who can act as a spokesperson to all the customer queries and help them with a solution.

He must possess
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English.


Location:
Jaipur


Job Role and responsibilities:

  • Taking customer calls and assisting them in every possible way
  • Sell products and place customer orders
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Upsell products and services
Experience required - Min. 1 Year experience in customer service or relevant

Working days - Rotational shifts / Night Shifts (9 hours)

Graduates/Undergraduates both can apply


Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
