Description

Answering and Directing Calls:


  • Handling incoming calls, screening and transferring calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Taking messages and providing basic information as needed.

Managing Front Desk Operations:


  • Maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
  • Managing the signin and signout process for visitors.

Administrative Support:


  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, managing deliveries, and coordinating appointments.

Communication and Coordination:


  • Communicating important information to staff and visitors.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Service:


  • Providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Booking and Scheduling:


  • Managing schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements when necessary.

Maintaining Records:


  • Keeping track of visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant records.
  • Updating contact information and databases as needed.

Handling Inquiries:


  • Responding to general inquiries about the organization, its products, or services.
  • Redirecting specific inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Multitasking:


  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, welcoming visitors, and handling administrative duties.

Technology Proficiency:


  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as telephones, fax machines, and computer systems.

  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and handling it with discretion.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
