Role Summary

As a Growth Hacker at Skites Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth initiatives through creative and data-driven strategies.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. If you are a passionate and innovative marketer with a strong analytical mindset, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

Analyze user data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies to acquire new customers.
Continuously optimize our website and landing pages to improve conversion rates through A/B testing and user experience enhancements.
Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement improvements and new features that drive user acquisition and retention.
Create and promote viralworthy content and campaigns to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
Design and manage referral programs that encourage existing customers to refer new customers.
Manage our social media presence, engage with the audience, and create content that resonates with our target demographic.
Develop and optimize content strategies that drive organic growth, including blog posts, videos, and other content formats.
Conduct ongoing experiments and A/B tests to identify the most effective growth strategies.
Efficiently manage the budget allocated for growth initiatives, ensuring a positive ROI.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles.
Excellent creative and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 1 Year of Experience is Required for the profile. International experience is preferred.
