Logan IT Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Associate to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our US-based clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients based in the United States, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear understanding and effective collaboration
Manage and coordinate various processes related to client support and project execution
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all client interactions and activities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
Identify areas for process improvement and suggest creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in working with USbased clients, understanding their cultural nuances and expectations
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Exceptional customer service orientation and a positive, solutionfocused mindset

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
