Project management: Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Personnel management: Managing and coordinating the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in construction projects
Safety: Spotting and addressing potential safety issues, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Quality: Ensuring the team's high quality of work
Communication: Motivating and instructing the team, and reporting to management
Inventory: Tracking inventory supplies and ordering building materials
Planning: Meeting with architects and other stakeholders before the project is implemented, and interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
Progress: Reporting progress to stakeholders
Accidents: Handling accidents with care and awareness
