Paralegal Assistant-

Legal Research:

Conducting legal research to support attorneys and other legal professionals in preparing for cases, transactions, or other legal matters.

This involves analyzing statutes, regulations, legal articles, and other relevant materials.


Document Drafting and Review:
Assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Reviewing and proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.


Case Management:

Managing and organizing case files, including maintaining document databases, tracking case deadlines, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the smooth progression of cases.

Client Interaction:
Communicating with clients to gather information, provide updates, and assist in the resolution of legal issues. This may involve conducting interviews, explaining legal procedures, and maintaining positive client relationships.


Legal Support:

Providing general support to attorneys, such as preparing trial exhibits, organizing documents for discovery, and assisting with case strategy development.

Legal Writing:
Drafting correspondence, legal memoranda, and other written communications under the supervision of an attorney.


Regulatory Compliance:

Assisting with compliance efforts by staying informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization or industry.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
